The gable bedroom is a special jewel of the house. Surrounded by fragrant larch- wood, a spectacular view of the surrounding landscape awaits you here.
the kitchen
The kitchen's low ceiling with its large, heavy wooden beams is reminiscent of times gone by – with modern appliances and a large kitchen island it forms the convivial center of the house. Another highlight are the kitchen worktops which the Schmolti's casted from concrete.

A beautiful, mirrored front not only visually enlarges the space, but at the same time brings the reflected landscape inside.
Historical, wooden decoration adorns the stone walls and gives the room its special character – as a bridge between past and present.

sauna and Spa
Wonderfully vitalizing and good for your health – relaxing in a sauna is the balm for the soul.
And with a view, it gets even more beautiful! Based on Markus' minimalist design, a sauna awaits you in Schmolti's Chalet – and a large window front opens up a breathtaking view of the whole city of Graz.
With its elegant, dark wood made of thermo-ash and the large graphite-gray tiles, the sauna is a true gem of the house – and a visit becomes a real treat!
the living room
The light-flooded living room is one of the most beautiful areas in the Chalet and a true feel-good zone. In this room, you may let your mind allow to wander undisturbed.

Large lounge sofas invite you to take a nap or read while a large glass front pro- vides a spectacular view of Graz – the living room in Schmolti's Chalet is the perfect place to enjoy scenic sunrises and sunsets.
