Consumer information on dispute resolution
The European Commission discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform) on 20 July 2025. A reference to this platform is therefore no longer required.
We are neither obliged nor, in principle, willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. In the event of a dispute, consumers may nevertheless contact the Internet Ombudsman:

Applicable law
