Our chalet in Weinitzen with a view over Graz was lovingly designed, renovated and furnished by us. The ideas for this came from all our travels over the past few years, which is why we now want to rent out our home to people from all over the world.

AT THE FOOT OF THE ALPS
The villa is located on the Zösenberg - one of the most popular residential areas around Graz. The mountain offers breathtaking views over the city as well as countless hours of sunshine thanks to its southern orientation. Every day you can watch how the sun slowly disappears behind the mountains of the Alps - just incredibly beautiful!
You can reach the city center in just 15‑20 minutes by car. Styria is known for its vineyards in summer and the numerous ski areas in winter - both can be reached within 1‑2 hours by car.
